Suitable for anyone who wants a slower pace, including beginners:

Gentle Stretch -- The combination of gentle movement and stretching includes many floor or chair based poses & breathing techniques. With broad accessibility, you can increase flexibility and strength regardless of age, body history or ability.  This class is suitable for those new to yoga, have limited mobility, are convalescing, or just want to be mindfully slow and gentle.

Yin -- This slow-paced practice includes mostly mat based poses to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. Most poses are held for longer periods of time to enhance the overall benefits. Release tension, elongate muscles and cultivate inner stillness. This class is suitable for those new to yoga, are actively recovering, want to include more stretching or enjoy slowing it down.

Qigong -- Practiced for thousands of years, Qi Gong (pronounced chee-gong) is the self-healing branch of chinese medicine.  Gentle flowing movements and breath work harness the power of your energy (qi) to cultivate health and vitality. Stretch and strengthen the muscles, improve balance, relieve pain, relax the muscles, and feel good all over. With its subtle nature and easily modified postures (done sitting or standing), qi gong is suitable for EVERYONE, regardless of age, ability or body history.

Slow & Easy -- Gentle and mindful flow moving through poses at a relaxed pace. Slow movements, breath work, stretching, and relaxation but also gently building strength. This slow and easy flow moves with the breath mindfully offers a less weight-bearing experience on the knees, wrists and shoulders. Perfect for anyone who wants a more meditative, less intense practice while incorporating standing postures.

Suitable for those with a basic level of movement:

Holds -- This flow class mindfully moves through poses, but without bearing weight on the wrists (no plank or down dog). Move into the postures a bit slower, stay a little longer and explore the mechanics of each one in your body. Great for those with basic movement abilities (including yoga newcomers) who want to deepen their practice or improve strength.

VinYin -- This class combines slow flow vinyasa yoga with yin postures to promote body opening and deep relaxation. We begin with a vinyasa warm-up to work the muscular body and prepare for the restorative yin practice. The yin portion includes longer held seated and supine poses to work ligaments, joints, deep fascial networks and even bones.

Flow -- Perfect for student with a foundation of the yoga practice and comfortable practicing more intermediate level poses. Or for those who want to dive into yoga and learn as they go! Flow classes link movement and breath together to explore various poses, including more active poses like chaturanga, warrior, or lunges. As an all-levels class, options are always available to meet you where you are today.
