How do I sign up?
Our scheduling and payment system is Vagaro, which can be used on a desktop or their app. Vagaro has several security features, so you will need to have access to your phone and email to complete your initial account registration.  Once your account is set up, registering for a class is quick and easy!
You can access Vagaro by clicking on View Schedule or Book a Class.
To use the app, simply download the Vagaro App, search for our studio, and create an account.

Do I have to register for class?
Yes, please! We kindly request everyone to preregister to ease the process and secure your space in the class. But sometimes life happens - if you come to class without signing up, we'll still take care of you!

If computers aren't for you, please call 910-773-9401 or email hello@westendyogacompany.com and we will arrange a time to help!

How much does it cost?
That depends! A single class is $18, but purchasing a package reduces the cost per class.
If this is your first time with us, be sure to purchase the "Daily Deal" 3 class package for only $30.  Explore our current package offerings here.

What if I am late for class?
To nurture the easy flow and tranquility of class, the door is locked at the published class time.  With this in mind, please arrive a few moments early or reschedule your class up to an hour before the start time.

What classes would be good for me?
It really depends on what you are looking for - our class descriptions can be found HERE or on the specific class your interested in on Vagaro . If you are a beginner or haven't moved much lately, perhaps Yin, Beginner QiGong or Gentle Stretch, Move & Breathe might be a good place to start. If you want more active movement, perhaps Flows or Holds could be for you. Still not sure - give us a call and we'll gladly discuss the options with you!

As a beginner, is there anything I should know?
Welcome - we're glad you are here! Yoga & Qigong have been practiced for thousands of years and are meant to be accessible to everyone. Each class and instructor are different so we encourage you to explore a bit to find what is best for you and your body.
Some classes, like Yin or Beginner Qigong, are absolutely accessible to everyone, including those who haven't exercised or stretched in awhile.
You may explore New Students or Your First Visit for more information.
